behind the yarn

Things you may or may not know about me:

1. I am an avid Gilmore Girls fan. I would win any quiz you threw my way-- my mom and I would watch it every day after school together, and when I went to college, I just never stopped.

 

2. I work at a church part time as a kids pastor and I love it!

3. I am always creating something. My brain works a mile a minute. If you are a fan of personality tests, I am an ENFP-- big feelings, empathy and very extroverted.

4. I am a proud mom and wife, and have struggled with chronic back pain for about 18 years of my life. I had 2 spine surgeries in the last 3 years, and the last one gave me back a lot of the spirit I had lost. Now, I'm running after all my dreams!

5. I LOVE TO CROCHET. I struggle with anxiety and depression, and crochet has lifted a lot of the daily symptoms that feed those illnesses. It is my greatest coping skill and I can't wait to share it with you.
